Re.Nolei is operated by a sole proprietor. All pieces are hand-painted and made to order. Every item sold is one of one. By ordering, you understand and accept that.
Orders & Payment
All orders are placed through direct inquiry via our website contact form, email, or Instagram DM. Orders are not confirmed until you receive written confirmation from Re.Nolei.
- A deposit or full payment may be required before production begins, depending on the piece.
- Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of your confirmed order is the price you pay.
- Payment methods accepted include those communicated to you at the time of your order confirmation.
- Re.Nolei reserves the right to refuse any order for any reason.
Refunds & Returns
Because every piece is hand-painted and made specifically for you, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds once production has started.
- If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos and we will work with you to find a resolution.
- If there is a significant error on our part that differs materially from what was confirmed at order, we will make it right.
- Buyer's remorse, size changes requested after production starts, or dissatisfaction with the artistic style do not qualify for a refund.
- Custom orders that have been sketched and approved by the customer are non-refundable.
This is why we take time before anything starts — we confirm details, share sketches for custom orders, and get your approval first. We want you to be happy with your piece.
Custom Orders
Custom commissions are available and are subject to the following terms:
- A consultation will take place before any work begins to discuss your vision, the piece, colors, and size.
- A sketch or concept will be provided for approval before painting begins.
- Once a sketch is approved by the customer, production starts and the order becomes non-refundable.
- Turnaround time varies depending on the complexity of the piece and current order volume. An estimated timeline will be communicated at confirmation.
- Re.Nolei reserves the right to decline any custom request that conflicts with our values or creative standards.
Artwork & Intellectual Property
All artwork, designs, and painted pieces created by Re.Nolei remain the intellectual property of Re.Nolei, even after the physical item is sold.
- Purchasing a piece gives you ownership of the physical garment, not the rights to reproduce, copy, or sell the artwork on it.
- Re.Nolei retains the right to photograph and share any piece — including custom orders — for marketing and portfolio purposes unless you request otherwise in writing before your order is confirmed.
- You may not reproduce, copy, or use Re.Nolei artwork for commercial purposes without written permission.
Shipping
- Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Re.Nolei is not responsible for delays caused by carriers.
- Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.
- Re.Nolei is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If this happens, contact the carrier directly.
- International orders may be subject to customs fees. The buyer is responsible for any duties or taxes imposed by their country.
Limitation of Liability
Re.Nolei is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of any product. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the item in question.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

When you submit an inquiry or contact us, we may collect:

- Instagram handle (if provided)

We do not collect payment information directly. Payments are processed through third-party payment processors and are subject to their privacy policies.
We do not collect information from minors under 13. If you believe a minor has submitted information to us, contact us immediately so we can remove it.

- Send shipping and delivery updates
- Follow up after your order is complete

Third-Party Services
Re.Nolei uses the following third-party tools to operate our business. Each has its own privacy policy:

- Email / Google — we use email to communicate with customers and send order confirmations.
- Shipping carriers — your name and address are shared with our shipping carrier to fulfill your order.

- Request a copy of the personal information we have stored for you
- Ask us to correct inaccurate information
- Ask us to delete your information, subject to any legal or business obligations we have to retain it
- Opt out of any marketing communications at any time by replying STOP or emailing us directly
